Laboratory Network

A curated, growing network of laboratory partners.

DMC is building and coordinating a curated network of specialty laboratory, scientific, reimbursement, and commercialization partners that can be assembled around the requirements of a specific diagnostic program.

Laboratory network
The network model

One relationship. Coordinated capability.

The network model is designed to simplify access to specialized diagnostic capability — across molecular oncology, infectious disease, toxicology, women's health, and anatomic pathology — through coordinated relationships and centralized strategic accountability, rather than requiring a client to source and manage each capability independently.

Partners are engaged program by program. DMC coordinates the relationships; each laboratory remains responsible for its own accreditation, licensure, and clinical operations.

Partner types

Enterprise, specialty, and diverse-owned partners.

Enterprise laboratories

Reference and hospital-affiliated laboratories offering broad menu coverage.

Specialty laboratories

Focused, high-complexity labs in molecular, genomics, pathology, and toxicology.

Diverse-owned laboratories

A developing consortium of minority-, woman-, and LGBTQIA+-owned CLIA laboratories — coordinated by DMC, itself a woman- and LGBTQIA+-owned firm — relevant to supplier diversity and enterprise contracting objectives.

What the model is designed to enable

Coordinated capability under senior accountability.

  • 01

    Simplified contracting

A coordinated commercial structure and a single point of strategic accountability, rather than managing each laboratory relationship separately.
  • 02

    Specialty depth

Access to sub-specialty pathology, molecular, and reference testing without building it in-house.
  • 03

    Supplier diversity

A deliberate pathway to engage minority-, woman-, and LGBTQIA+-owned laboratory partners, coordinated by a woman- and LGBTQIA+-owned firm.
  • 04

    Quality expectations

Partners are selected against accreditation, quality, and turnaround expectations defined per program and reviewed by DMC.
